When a run of skipped trades needs investigation

Repeated skips warrant reading the specific reasons, not simply counting them as failures.
Group skipped orders by their actual reason
Group the reasons by account readiness, saved rules and route conditions. Check whether they occur on an unfunded network or after a permission change. A deliberate guard can repeatedly reject a fast-moving entry without being broken. Preserve timestamps and public context if diagnosis is needed.
Worked example
Ten empty sells differ from ten permission failures
Ten nothing-to-trade sells after you never bought a token are different from ten funded buys failing at the same authorization step. The reason category changes the investigation.
