What to send support about a skipped copy
In brief
Share the network, approximate time, token, result and reason, plus a public transaction hash if available.
Send a useful diagnostic record
Include whether you were viewing Paper or Live and which copied trader was involved. Explain the action you expected and the visible state. A clear sequence is more useful than only a crop of a percentage. Never send a key, recovery phrase or one-time code.

A skip after changing permission
For a skip after a permission change, note whether the permission refresh shows enabled and when the signal arrived. That lets diagnosis distinguish a readiness problem from a rule or routing decision.
